Q. Pay In Store Service

What is Pay In Store? 

UNIQLO Pay in Store is a payment method where customers can pay at the selected store branch within 2 hours from the time the order is confirmed. 

🚚  Pay in Store does not mean immediate receipt of goods at the store; products will be shipped from the online warehouse to the address specified by the customer which are  

1. Delivery to address (Standard delivery)
2. Delivery to store branch (Click & Collect), including both Same day Click & Collect and normal Click & Collect.

💵 Customers can choose to pay at the store branch as follows: 

1. Credit card/Debit card 
2. QR code (Currently, payment by scanning QR code from credit cards is not accepted) 
3. Cash 

** You can choose this payment method according to the store’s opening and closing hours.

Note: If you cannot make payment within 2 hours, or if the order is placed outside of store operating hours and you cannot pay within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled

 

How to make online order using Pay in Store 

1. At the checkout page in [Payment Option], select [Pay In Store]

2. A pop-up note will appear, as a reminder to complete the payment within 2 hours and that the order will not come from in store. Click [YES]

3. Find your preferred store by searching by Suburb, state or postcode.  

4. Choose your store by clicking [SELECT] and then [PAY IN THIS STORE].

5. Proceed to [PLACE ORDER] once confirmed. 

6. Present the order barcode to the cashier within 2 hours and process your payment.  You can make payment method between Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, or QR Code.

*You may retrieve the barcode under [Order History] > look for your newly placed order number > [Details]. 

How do I return or exchange my Pay In Store order? 

As you have paid for the order in one of our stores, it can only be refunded at the original store of purchase. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the order back for a postal return back to our online warehouse. In case that you paid by credit the refund will reflect to your credit card but if you paid by QR Code, you will get refund by cash

If you need to exchange your purchase, you can make the exchange at any UNIQLO Thailand stores, simply take your items in perfect original condition according to the Return & Exchange Policy with the payment receipt from the store, the original receipt from the parcel and the return form. Then, our store staff will process an exchange for you. Please click Return & Exchange Policy for further information.
