Q. How can I track my order?
You can track your shipping status easily.
Currently UNIQLO use the shipping company for ship out the parcel to your home. We will have 2 shipping companies;
1. Kerry Express company
2. DHL Express Company
So you could track your status from 2 shipping company after you get the shipping confirmation email or found tracking in your application (Order History > Select Order > Press detail > Tracking is in Delivery Slip Number.) Then you could input the tracking number in the website for searching tracking status.

Please allow some time for the website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email.
Remark: Delivery lead time will be delayed than usual from 30 Apr - 3 May 2025.
**Due to closing the warehouse operation on Labor day, Home Delivery and Click & Collect orders from 30 Apr - 3 May 2025 will be received in 2-3 days.
**Same day Click & Collect orders that place orders before 30 Apr 2025 11.00 am will be received on the same day on 30 Apr 2025 (after 6 PM).
**Same day Click & Collect orders from 1 - 2 May 2025 will not be received within the same day and able to pick up products at stores from 3 May onwards.
