Product search instructions 

[Search by keyword]

Enter the product number or product name to search for the product.

1. Tap the search icon at the middle bottom of the app screen

2. Enter the product name, product number in "What are you looking for?"  and search.

Search by scanning the barcode on the "Price tag" attached with the product.

1. Tap the "scan icon" at the right bottom of the app screen

2. Scan the product barcode
 

***If you cannot scan the barcode, tap "ENTER BARCODE NUMBER" and enter the 13 digits number below the barcode. *** 

Q&A

I can't read the product barcode correctly. How can I do?

1. Check the Wi-Fi or mobile network is available.
2. If Wi-Fi or mobile network is working, please tried to close this screen and reopen again.
3. If you cannot scan after trying the above instructions, please search from barcode by tap "ENTER BARCODE NUMBER" and fill 13 digits below the barcode.

Can I delete the search history / reading history?

Tap the trash can mark in the search history to delete all the history. You cannot specify a history to delete it.
