Modify/Cancel Order
Customer can modify / cancel order after placing within 30 minutes.
After canceled, you can place new order and recheck your order details once again.[Cancellation method]

1. Go to the UNIQLO app
2. Tap your Membership (bottom right)
3. Tap the "Order History"
4. Tap "Cancel" for the relevant order
The order had placed more than 30 minutes, the order details cannot be modified or canceled.

** The revision takes extended time for delivery due to the delivery company has to change the route for delivery.** The revision after placed order will not be shown on your "Profile" or "Order Details", the revision will effect to your next order.
** If delivery company found incorrect shipping information, your order will be returned to UNIQLO warehouse automatically without sending notification from us. Please ensure you have rechecked the shipping address and items detail before placing order.
** We apologize we could not confirm the exactly delivery date both Home Delivery and Click&Collect.
