Q. What is the activity period?

A. Friday, 22nd November to Thursday, 28th November 2024

Q. How to get the novelty?

- Purchase item (s) at physical stores or Online store within the activity period.

- Purchase items up to  3000 THB (Before Discount) **a max of 5 tumblers per 1 receipt/person (Max spending 15,000 THB per receipt)**

Q. If I purchase more than 15,000 THB per 1 receipt, how many novelties do I get?

A. You will receive novelty only maximum 5 pieces per 1 receipt / 1 person.

Q. If I received novelty, can I exchange or return?

A. You can exchange item(s) following the exchange and return policy, but cannot return.

Q. How many tumbler colors do you have?

A. We have 4 colors which are white, pink, blue, and hologram (secret)

Q. Does the tumbler keep cold or hot?

A. The tumbler can keep both cold and hot up to 6 hours.

Q: Can I choose the tumbler's colors?

1. Store: Cannot choose the color of the tumblers, but can randomly pick a mystery box.

2. Online: The mystery box will be shipped with the items and color cannot be chosen.

Q: Can I exchange Tumbler's colors?

A: Since each stores have varying Tumbler colors and Tumbler quantities, customers cannot exchange or make a new randomly picked 'Tumbler' that is received from one store to at any UNIQLO store. Including Online purchased, customer cannot exchange or send back to exchange at Stores or warehouse. Please be noted for online purchased, the tumblers will be sent with the ordered items.

Q: If I select Click & Collect or Pay-in-Store service, can I receive the tumblers at stores?

A: Customers who made orders through Click & Collect or Pay-in-Store service will be considered as purchasing through UNIQLO Online Store. The 'Tumbler' will be delivered along with the purchase items. In case that 'Tumbler' is out of stock on online stores, customers will not get the 'Tumbler' through that purchase and have no right to randomly pick the 'Tumbler' at any UNIQLO physical stores.

Q: If the novelty run out, how do I know?

A: We will communicate and post in UNIQLO Thailand SNS.
