For Purchases In-Store or Online with PAY IN STORE Payment Method:

Case 1: If the customers request to exchange for the same product

Customers can exchange for the UNIQLO x ANYA HINDMARCH Packable Bag in Color 56 OLIVE.

**The exchange is allowed without requiring a receipt or product tag as a special exception**

Case 2: If the customers request to exchange for a different product

Customers can exchange as usual exchange policy.

**The exchange is allowed without requiring a receipt or product tag as a special exception**

Case 3: If the customer request to return the product

Customers can process the return and receive a full refund.

**Returns are allowed without a receipt, product tag, or even if purchased from a different stores as a special exception.**

For Purchases Online with COD or Credit Card Payment:

If customers request to exchange:

Customers can follow the same procedure as in-store purchases above.

If the customers request to return the product:

Customers can send the product back to the online returns department using the address provided on the receipt and please remark the reason for return as “Defective Item (Damaged/Stained)” with a note specifying “Color transfer issue on the bag.”
